In public Service for 18 plus years, working at two States. Josh holds both State and National Procurement Certifications, he has won national awards and has been published for procurement projects and innovation in State government. As a public procurement officer; ethics and integrity are the foundation of his career and as such, he will bring those qualities to the Board. Joshua brings an innovative and strategic thought process, along with many years of grant writing, bid and proposal experience, and providing for Federal funds in projects. He is a research specialist and has worked setting up with vendors and private business for many years, In the past, he has been vice president, and president of major clubs, one of which was a 501 (c) organization. He brings many years of public speaking, teaching, and leadership to Tools 4R Schools. His work in the private sector will increase the depth and leadership in the organization. Josh also served with honor, in the US Army.

A career tradesman and mathematician, Charlie has been a union electrician for 15 plus years. He brings his experience from both the trades and academia. Charlie is committed to elevating our nation's public education system and education about the trades industries. He has much experience working on the boards of multiple unions and others in his industries. Charlie has many years of experience as a leader in his industry and holds various certifications in multiple States. He is currently serving as vice president in a club working through the 501 (c) tax exemption process.

Career Analyst for 11 plus years, currently a research analyst for a State. Tyler brings his experience in academia, the private sector, and public service to the Tools 4R Schools board. He has a strong background in data analysis, as well as database programming. In the private sector, he oversaw ad buying as well as, working with over two-thousand external partners to grow revenue from 3 million dollars to over 11.5 million dollars of revenue in less than four years, while remaining in a budget for acquisition cost. While working in the public sector Tyler contributed to database development and analysis, he is also responsible for developing and generating huge reports for internal and external partners.
